Is Mohonk Mountain House pet-friendly?

Service animals that meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act are always welcome on resort property. However, pets are not permitted at Mohonk Mountain House.

How many rooms are at the resort?

Mohonk has 262 guestrooms, ranging from charming, classic rooms with lake and mountainside views, to spacious suites ideal for special occasions or small family gatherings, to the six beautiful rooms, natural stone fireplaces, and 1,080-square-foot Great Room of the Grove Lodge.

Do rooms at Mohonk have TVs?

Guest rooms do not traditionally include TVs, but are available upon request. To request, please contact Guest Services at 845.256.2016. Our suites and guest rooms in Grove Lodge do include televisions.

What is a Value Room room?

Value Rooms are a category of room type at Mohonk Mountain House. Value Rooms feature timeless furnishing inspired by our rich history dating back to the Victorian era. Every Value Room is unique and may vary in size, location, & décor. Fireplace and balcony are not guaranteed.

What time is check-in & check-out?

Check-in at Mohonk Mountain House begins at 4pm and check-out is at 12pm. A valid government-issued photo ID and major credit card are required upon check-in. Guests can arrive early on property to enjoy a full day of resort activities. Guest Services will hold your luggage and deliver to your room when it becomes available. On check-out day, guests are also encouraged to enjoy the Mountain House and Grounds along with all of the Daily Activities for the remainder of the day as our bell staff will gladly store your luggage until your departure.

Does Mohonk Mountain House have air conditioning?

Yes, the resort and guest rooms have air conditioning.
